Some Frequently Asked
Questions about the Demo
Demos have no set time limit as we like to make sure you get all your questions answered. Although we can stay on a demo as long as you’d like, you can generally get a very good idea wether or not the HitPath software is right for you within 45 minutes to an hour.
Once you submit your request, you should receive a call within the same business day, and often within minutes from one of our Sales Engineers. He or she will spend some time with you on the phone getting to know your business and your needs. This will allow the Sales Engineer to then communicate the right demo needs to our Technical Sales Engineer who will assist during this demo. Demos are done online using screen sharing software whereby our staff is able to demonstrate how the software works in real-time to you.
Absolutely! Should you need more time or should you need us to tailor the demo to various assets on your side, i.e. Tech Vs Sales & Marketing, we will set up different demo times to make sure everyone in your organization has all the knowledge you need to make the right decision.
Sure! A phone call always precedes a demo, but if you’d rather handle it all over the phone we are perfectly fine with this.
No. We do not record the demos for privacy reasons, and because the software is updated on a regular basis which would render the recording obsolete. We’d much rather do another demo if you need further clarification.
