Add Sales
Location
This tool is currently located in Tools > Sales Tools > Add Sales within the Admin panel.
Summary This tool allows you to add sales to any affiliate for any campaign. It generates the clicks necessary in order to represent sales in the system. EPC will receive a slight boost when using the tool.
In order to add a sale to the system, the following information is required:
Affiliate
Campaign
Number of sales to be added
Sale Date
Added Sales History will be displayed below with the date/time the sale was added, the user that added the sale, affiliate ID and company name, campaign ID, Campaign name, Date sales were posted for, number of sales posted, payout and payin.
Sales added into the system will always display in the reporting as having a transaction id of "added by admin (user.initials)"
By default, the payin and payout amounts will be the current payout amount though, overrides are applicable. Subid information is not required to add sales.
After selecting the affiliate and campaign to associate with the added sales the payin, payout, sales date, and subid (c1, c2, & c3) fields will appear.
Tip: Click the Load More button at the foot of the screen to be able to go further back in time to audit previously added sales.
The History is below

History
You will see the date/time the sale was added, the user that added the sale, affiliate ID and company name, campaign ID, Campaign name, Date sales were posted for, number of sales posted, payout and payin.
Upload Sales
Location
This tool is currently located in Tools > Sales Tools > Upload Sales within the Admin panel.
Summary: This tool allows you to convert existing clicks in the system into sales. In order to upload a sale, Hit IDs of valid pre-existing clicks must be entered (one per row) into the "Hit IDs" field box. The Hit IDs can also be uploaded in a text files or multiple text files zipped together. The Hit IDs must be written one per line in these text files. The format to follow when uploading sales with at text file is hitid.
Once submitted, you are prompted to select one of three options before posting the sale(s) to the system:
1. Post Sales on Hitdate – The sale date will be set to match the click date.
2. Post Sales Today – The sale date will be set to the current day and will not match the click date.
3. Skip – The click is not converted into a sale (i.e., no action is taken).

You must select one of the above options for the sales that you are uploading.
The History features a details for id, load date, user, status, completed date, sales added, duplicate entries, invalid entries and any hit IDs that were skipped.
Tip: Click the Load More button at the foot of the screen to be able to go further back in time to audit previously uploaded sales.
Previously uploaded sales, as well as duplicate and invalid upload attempts, will be listed in the Upload Sales history accordingly.
Tips: Unlike the Add Sales feature, uploaded sales will attempt to fire 3rd party pixels for the affiliate associated with the original click at the server level. Hit IDs for rejected sales are considered invalid and cannot be used to create sales.
Reject Sales
Location
This tool is currently located in Tools > Sales Tools > Reject Sales within the Admin panel.
Summary: This tool allows users to reject existing sales in the system. Hit IDs for each sale to be rejected must be entered one per row. Rejecting a sale is a permanent action, so please be careful when rejecting sales as this cannot be undone.
Unlike Add Sales and Upload Sales, Reject Sales can be used to manipulate Hit IDs from closed months; however, the rejected sales figures will be displayed on the next open M/E or W/E report for accounting purposes. The sale will no longer be displayed as a sale in reports if the hit id is rejected.
Hit IDs can be inputted manually.
The History details display rejected sales, duplicate entries, and invalid entries.
Tip: If you rejected the incorrect number of sales, you can always use the "Add Sales" or "Upload Sales" tool to Add/Upload Sales for an affiliate and campaign.
Bonuses
Location
This tool is currently located in Tools > Sales Tools > Bonuses within the Admin panel.
Summary: The following information is required to submit a bonus:
Affiliate
Campaigns
Bonus Amount
No earned amount is associated with a bonus; the system anticipates that you will use this functionality for make-goods or payouts to affiliates for off the books revenue.
Sub ID information as follows will be stamped onto the bonus hit ID:
c1=BONUS
c2=[contents you enter in Description 1]
c3=[contents you enter in Description 2]
The system creates an individual sale hit ID to account for a bonus. The sale is created on the date that the bonus is entered (today). In the Admin, the hit ID will display in its own column in the summary information.
Hit IDs listed are clickable and will pop up a modal window with information of the creation of the bonus. It differs from other detail pops in sales tools as it does not display in the format similar to detail on live reports.
Tip: An affiliate must be approved on the campaign used to generate their bonus, and the campaign must be active.
Retro Pays
Location
This tool is currently located in Tools > Sales Tools > Retro Pays within the Admin panel.
Summary: This tool allows you to change the current payout or payin amount of existing sales in the system. You can change the current payout or payin amount by doing it on screen or doing a file upload.
You will see the date/time the sale was retro paid, the initials of the user that retro paid the sale(s), campaign ID, Campaign name, affiliate, and totals.
In order to do retropay sales via a file upload you will need to upload a csv file with the following fields:

Once you have selected the file, and hit upload you’ll see a modal with a confirmation of the retro pays made. From there, you can upload another file or exit the modal.
The fields that you will see on screen that need to be filled out are
affiliate (single or all affiliates)
campaign
select the payout box
select the payin box and enter amounts
Additionally, there are filters to only retro pay specific sales based on a date, sub id (c1, c2 or c3) or event.
You can retro pay sales for campaigns that use events and only modify one event.
You can also retro pay based on hit ID, however, the affiliate, campaign and payout, payin fields are still required.
Please note that the number of records posted is actually a clickable field that will pop up a window with the following information date of sale retro paid, amount and records.
