Summary
From time to time affiliate networks may wish to publish a set of terms and conditions that are specific to an offer which must be agreed to by any party wishing to run the offer prior to being permitted to do so. Over and above any generalized terms and conditions that affiliates will have accepted in order to be given a live affiliate account with the network and which govern their relationship with the network in general, this style of agreement may be referred to as an "insertion order".

Specifics

Admin Area
Navigate to Campaigns>Insertion Orders and click "Add New". The Insertion Order frame pops to allow the user to select a campaign to tie the agreement to and input content.

The search/find box allows lookahead input by campaign ID or name. Content supports "light" HTML. After content submissions "Preview" must be selected prior to being able to edit or save.

Save forces confirm pop-up with the verbiage "Are you sure? This will force all approved affiliates to agree to the terms and conditions for this campaign." Click OK to proceed or Cancel to leave.

The IO was successfully updated is confirm message within Insertion Order Preview frame.

A "No modifications were made" message will pop when save is clicked but where no content edits were made to an existing agreement.

When modifications are made the system will check that the network wishes to make affiliates re-agree and verbiage will be "Renew all affiliates to agree to the new IO?"

Creator is shown by First Name Last Name and a last update date and time is published when editing previously inputted agreements.

Affiliate Side
Acceptance of the IO will take place within the lightbox that pops when one of the "Suppression", "Links and Creatives" or "Pixels" action buttons is selected. A tab called "Terms and Conditions" will appear on the left side of the lightbox. Other tabs will not be accessible until the acceptance check box is checked.

The affiliate is presented with this information "I have read and accept these terms and conditions.

Note that if you do not accept these terms, you will not have access to any data related to this campaign."

This changes to include a date and time stamp of acceptance "(Accepted on YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS)" once complete.

The Terms and Conditions remain visible to the affiliate after acceptance. Other tabs are available as soon as acceptance is complete.
