The Contact Directory will allow you to find the contact information for any Hitpath employee you may need to get in touch with, from Sam Prokop, our CEO to Natasha, your Account Manager, to any of the people that you will most likely be speaking with on the most frequent basis – the Support Team. Here you will always find the most up to date listings of our hours and information, including our after hours and 24/7 support line
Some great tips for using the contact directory and getting in touch with people are:
1. Try IM first! AIM is a great way to get in touch with your favorite support person and tends to get the quickest, most efficient response. If you’re not an AIM user, feel free to reach out as most of our support staff also uses gchat, MSN, Skype, and Yahoo as well!
2. Use the support@hitpath.com email rather than an individual email for most issues. The support@hitpath.com copies your email to every member of the support team, so your request or question can be responded to by the first support agent who sees it. This saves you from waiting if for instance, the person you emailed is on a call, in a meeting, or out for the day.
3. Don’t forget the automated chat function in the beta admin panel! Click on the

icon on the right hand side of your bottom toolbar for every page to speak with the first support person available!
