Affiliate Payment
On this screen, you can post payments to individual affiliates or pay affiliates in bulk. To make bulk actions, select the affiliate checkboxes you want to include in the action or check the select all button in the bottom row.
After you have posted payments to the affiliate accounts you can post the export to see the IIF or csv file. You’ll click on the Post Export button and select the fitlers accordingly to submit the query which will download a file to your computer.
You can then select the pay/skip radio button and click the button in the bottom row to make the action. The default pay option will only pay the 'Current' due amounts, skipping all past due amounts. Something important to note about the default pay option is that it will only default to the current amount due if the affiliate's payment threshold has been met.
To make single affiliate payments, you can double click the row or click the pencil icon to edit that single affiliate. After entering the amount to pay and whether to pay or skip that affiliate, you can either click the submit button to take this action right away, or double click the row to exit. After exiting the row, your changes will be displayed on the screen and those changes will update the totals in the bottom row used for making bulk payments.
Tip: If you do not see any numbers generated here, it may be because you do not have a finalized report for the current month. Data will only show up here once the ME or WE report has been finalized.
Toolbar Filtering In the toolbar you can select from the different filters:
Affiliate Search
Payment Frequency (Weekly or Monthly)
Payment Status (Show All, Show non-zero only, Pending Payment)
W9 Status (Has W9, No W9, either)
Post Export The report can be exported to Excel or IIF to use in Quickbooks. The output will show a break down by Affiliate Manager, Affiliate ID, Company, Contact, City, State, Email, Phone Number, Country, Prior Due and Current Due.
The export will only display numbers if a payment has been posted.
The report will have a Grand Total of Prior Due and Current Due at the bottom of the report. This is an exportable report that will show:
Pay Frequency Set your pay frequency to either weekly or monthly
Export Type Choose between CSV or IIF
W9 Status Pick out the status you want to export
Missing W9 Include any affiliates that are missing a W9 form. Users can select to include Terminated Affiliates upon initial request of report.
Report
The results will be based on the filters selected. This report breaks down data by affiliates. Information shown on screen will be affiliate ID, Company, Main Contact, W9, Wire Template, Past due, Pay Current (this period), Current Due and Amount to Pay.
Tip: Double clicking on a row allows you to pay or skip as well as give you the flexibility to edit the amount you wish to post payment on. Payments will be posted after clicking on ‘Post Payments’.

Payment Groups
Payment Groups are used to group affiliates so that you can pay multiple affiliates at once. All affiliates within a group must have the same billing address. For instance, if you work with a network that has several different affiliate accounts with you, but you only need to cut one check to them per month, you can put all of their accounts in a Payment Group.
Quick Pay
This is the menu item that users will need to use to add payments outside of schedule such as bonuses. Any payments entered through this screen will show on the affiliate’s payment though they will not show on reports. This is what can be used to pay affiliates for semi-monthly or daily.
Affiliate Payment Actions

Pay Term Change
Payment schedule defaults to monthly. In order to be able to change the Payment Terms, users can click on the calendar icon for the affiliate of whom they’d like to change the Pay Term for. The payment schedule is visible from the affiliate’s account information but can only be changed from this screen. On the second screen they will be able to see the Pay Period for which a period has been issued for, date issued, action, amount due, amount paid, balance. A new payment threshold can be entered from this screen. When all changes have been completed, users can click on ‘Yes’ to change the Pay Frequency. For the accounting feature, payment information is what matters. The payment schedule is fixed. It could take a few weeks for the change to display.
Tip: You can only do one affiliate at a time, but if you need to do many many affiliates, just let your support team know and we will help do a mass change.
