Advertiser Maintenance

Written by

Go to Advertisers > Maintenance to manage your advertisers from their contact info and accounting schedule to their campaigns. Use the toolbar to filter which advertisers you want to see. A quick-view of the advertiser's info and activity will open in a drawer, just double-click their row!

Info - Click the Info icon 1 to open the advertiser's contact and company info. Generally, this icon will have a "0" on it, meaning only a Main Contact is listed, but when a number other than "0" is listed then there will be that many additional contacts listed for the company. Click the "Edit Account Info" button in the upper right corner to access and edit additional info on tabs for Company Info, Payment Info, Marketing Info, Extras.

Class - Shows whether they are a "Standard"  or "Host And Post"  advertiser. To switch between these, go to Info > "Edit Account Info" > Extras, then change "Available As Buyer" setting.

MGR - The account manager's initials, if you have designated an advertiser manager.

MTD - Current month-to-date amount earned from the advertiser.

Invoiced & Pmt Due - Invoicing schedule for the advertiser. Set or change these by going to Info > "Edit Account Info" > Payment Info.

Actions - Login to the advertiser's portal account by using the Login As icon  or set up an Encrypted Payin

file to mask the amount earned from the advertiser when they are sending that amount in the pixel string--learn more about this at Tutorials > Advertisers > Encrypted Payin.

History - View the advertiser's login history if they use the advertiser portal.

Status - Shows if the advertiser's status is Active  or Disabled (only can be disabled if they have no active campaigns).

Camp -  2 Shows you the number of active campaigns for the advertiser. Click it to see all campaigns and links to edit them.
